The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with convenient luggage stands and a beautiful view of the mountains. The service is very helpful and can assist with arranging sightseeing vehicles. Located a little out of the main square, it provides a peaceful atmosphere while being close to major attractions. The dining experience is enjoyable, especially for grilled steaks. However, there can be some noise from nearby construction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lavish, spacious, and very comfortable, which was a must for me until it starts to get warmer outside. The service was very helpful and arranged vehicles for our sightseeing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is a little out of the main square with a good 20-minute walk uphill, but very close to the Tibetan temple. The dining experience was quite nice, especially with handmade pasta. Overall, a great place with some minor drawbacks.
